At Sportsability, we know how important is it for our ageing community to enjoy exercise. With every class we teach, we witness increased mobility amongst our participants, as well as elevated health benefits for everyone. As well as this, we are always delighted to see our participants enjoying the social aspects of sports – making new friends, and also enjoying the company of old ones.
We are proud to offer classes, lessons, and event days to the elderly within our community. For us, inclusivity is key: we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the stimulating physical and mental benefits sports can provide.
Fun for all
We have a team of highly qualified and experienced instructors on-hand and ready to deliver excellence.
Each member of our team has received Dementia Training, as well as Active in Age Training. They also hold a minimum level 2 qualification, and have strong experience in delivering sports activities to the elderly.
